Privacy Policy

How OmniFinding collects, uses, and protects your personal information — and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: June 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OmniFinding Inc ("OmniFinding", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information when you use our website at https://omnifinding.com and the related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here. Please also read our Terms & Conditions.

1. Who we are

OmniFinding Inc operates a two-sided marketplace that connects businesses seeking genuine, human product feedback with people who complete review and engagement tasks for rewards. For the purposes of data-protection law, OmniFinding Inc is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy.

You can reach us at [email protected] or by mail at OmniFinding Inc, 11767 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079, USA.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Account information — your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), display name, and time zone.
  • Profile & identity details — where you choose to provide them, your full legal name, phone number, date of birth, and postal address (country, city, street address, and postal code). We use these to support payouts and to verify accounts.
  • Payout & payment information — the cryptocurrency networks and wallet addresses you save for deposits and withdrawals, and the records of your deposit and withdrawal requests.
  • Task content — the reviews, ratings, comments, and other feedback you submit when completing tasks.
  • Communications — messages, support requests, and other information you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data — your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, actions taken, referring pages, and timestamps.
  • Activity records — task completions, streaks, balances, the append-only ledger of your Credit and Coin transactions, challenge progress, and notification history.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — see the “Cookies” section below.

Information from third parties

  • Single sign-on — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and the fact that Google has verified your email, in accordance with the permissions you grant.
  • Referrals — if someone refers you, we record the connection between your account and the referring account.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and administer your account and authenticate you;
  • Provide the Platform — surface tasks, record completions, run challenges and streaks, and operate the Credit and Coin economy;
  • Process deposits, calculate and reserve balances, and pay out withdrawals to your saved wallet;
  • Operate the referral program and credit bonuses and commissions;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, multiple-account schemes, and other prohibited activity;
  • Send transactional messages such as email verification, password resets, welcome emails, and in-app notifications;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Platform;
  • Comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and anti–money-laundering requirements; and
  • Improve our services and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use bots or generate reviews on your behalf — the Platform exists to facilitate authentic human feedback.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where data-protection laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the Platform and process your tasks, deposits, and payouts.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Platform, prevent fraud, and improve our services, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — to meet tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Consent — where required, for example for certain cookies; you may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Platform — for example, to keep you signed in (session and authentication cookies) and to remember a referral code through sign-up. We may also use limited cookies to understand and improve how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using core features.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only as described below, and never sell it:

  • Service providers — vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver email, provide content delivery and security, and support analytics, acting on our instructions under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
  • Business clients — the aggregated and, where relevant, individual review content you submit is shared with the businesses whose products you reviewed. We do not share your contact details, payout information, or identity documents with business clients.
  • Legal and safety — where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of any person.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this Policy.

Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains that we do not control. Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are inherently public; we cannot delete or alter them.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Platform. We retain certain records — including transaction ledgers, deposit and withdrawal history, and identity details — for longer where required to comply with tax, accounting, anti–money-laundering, and other legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Data security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, hashed password storage, access controls, and audit logging of administrative actions. Sensitive details such as deposit wallet addresses are protected behind authentication and are not exposed until you re-verify your identity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

  • Access the information we hold about you and request a copy;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Delete your information, subject to our legal retention obligations;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Request portability of information you provided to us;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California residents may, under the CCPA/CPRA, request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, request deletion, and exercise these rights without discriminatory treatment. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You can update much of your information directly in your dashboard, or exercise any of these rights by contacting us at [email protected]. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the time required by applicable law.

11. Children’s privacy

The Platform is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Automated processing

We use automated checks to help detect fraud and abuse — for example, to flag suspicious deposits, withdrawals, multiple accounts, or low-quality submissions. These checks may affect whether a request is approved. You may contact us to ask for human review of a decision that significantly affects you.

13. Third-party links and services

The Platform may link to or rely on third-party services, such as Google sign-in, cryptocurrency networks, and external marketplaces. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

15. Contact us

If you have questions or concerns about this Policy or our handling of your personal information, contact us at [email protected] or by mail at OmniFinding Inc, 11767 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079, USA.
